Neftaly: Strengthening HIV Prevention and Reducing Tuberculosis Morbidity
At Neftaly (South African Youth Project), we are committed to creating a healthier, more informed society by addressing two of the most pressing public health challenges in our communities — HIV and Tuberculosis (TB).
Our integrated approach focuses on prevention, education, early detection, and access to care, targeting vulnerable populations and bridging the gap between healthcare services and the people who need them most.
Program Goals
- Reduce new HIV infections through prevention education and community mobilization.
- Lower TB-related morbidity and mortality by strengthening early detection, treatment adherence, and public awareness.
- Empower youth, women, and underserved communities with the knowledge and tools to protect themselves and others.
- Collaborate with health institutions, NGOs, and government bodies to ensure a coordinated, community-based response.
