Neftaly Reduce the human suffering and socioeconomic burden associated with HIV/AIDS and TB in Ukraine in war conditions, promote people-centred, gender-sensitive and rights-based enabling environments and systems, in order to give an effective and sustainable response to HIV and TB, by (i) leveraging gains and closing the gap in the progress towards the 95-95-95 targets: increase early HIV detection, ensure scale up of ART and improve HIV care quality, by maintaining essential and innovative prevention interventions and (ii) maintaining the access to an effective up-to-date TB diagnosis, treatment and prevention, with special attention to Key and Vulnerable Populations.
