Neftaly Retention and Community Building Tracker
The Neftaly Retention and Community Building Tracker is designed to monitor the growth and engagement of the wellness community. It will track how participants continue to interact with the program through discussion forums, goal-sharing groups, and follow-up workshops, helping us ensure that the wellness community is thriving and that participants are consistently engaged. This tracker will also help identify trends in participation and retention over the course of the wellness campaign.

- Target Community Engagement: Aim for at least 50% of participants to actively participate in goal-sharing groups and discussion forums during the quarter.
- Target Follow-Up Workshop Attendance: 60% or more of participants should attend at least one follow-up workshop during the quarter.

These are the participants who have posted in, commented on, or actively engaged with the discussion forums. This indicates active community participation and the desire to connect with others. - Goal-Sharing Group Engagement:
This measures the percentage of participants actively setting, tracking, and sharing their wellness goals in goal-sharing groups. Engaged goal-sharing groups show that participants are taking ownership of their wellness journeys and supporting each other. - Follow-Up Workshop Attendance:
Track the number of participants who attend follow-up workshops or events throughout the quarter. These workshops offer deeper education, motivation, and support, making them an essential component of retention. - Retention Rate:

Strategies for Retention and Community Building:
- Create Weekly Challenges & Engagement Prompts:
Encourage participants to share their goals, experiences, and progress. Weekly challenges and engagement prompts can help drive conversations and keep participants engaged in the community. - Host Interactive Workshops & Q&A Sessions:
Regular workshops and live Q&A sessions can keep participants motivated and provide them with expert insights. These sessions can also help build a sense of community as participants interact in real-time. - Highlight Community Success Stories:
Celebrate participants who share their milestones or make significant progress. Featuring these stories in the community not only boosts morale but also inspires others to stay engaged. - Provide Personalized Follow-Up:
Regular check-ins and follow-up messages can make participants feel valued and supported. Personalized emails or messages about their progress can encourage continued participation and goal-setting. - Foster a Sense of Belonging:
Encourage positive, supportive interactions in the community. Create a welcoming space for participants to share their challenges, achievements, and tips. A strong sense of belonging can help improve long-term retention. - Gamify Engagement:
Implement a point or badge system where participants can earn recognition for engaging in discussions, attending workshops, and sharing progress. Gamifying the experience can increase motivation and foster a more active community.
Quarter-End Reflection:
At the end of the quarter, evaluate:
- Did we achieve the target retention rate of 80%?
- Which types of community engagement (forums, goal groups, workshops) had the highest participation?
- What types of content or events drove the most community engagement?
- What can we improve in future quarters to further increase retention and engagement?
Neftaly Wellness Team will use this data to continually improve the community experience, ensuring participants are engaged and supported throughout their wellness journey. By fostering a sense of community and providing valuable resources, we can maximize the success and retention of participants.
