Through interactive workshops, real-world projects, mentorship, and personal development activities, Neftaly helps young people unlock their potential and step into leadership roles in their schools, communities, and future careers.

Who Can Join?
Our Youth Leadership Programs are open to young people aged 12 to 25. We offer age-specific modules to ensure age-appropriate engagement and development:
- Junior Leaders (Ages 12–15)
- Emerging Leaders (Ages 16–18)
- Young Adult Leaders (Ages 19–25)
No prior leadership experience is required—just a willingness to grow, contribute, and make a difference.

Interactive sessions focused on personal development, conflict resolution, goal setting, emotional intelligence, and leading with values.
