    4. Rinse thoroughly with running water.
    5. Dry hands completely with a clean towel or air dry.

    2. Hand Sanitizing with Alcohol-Based Hand Rub (ABHR) – At Least 60% Alcohol

    Steps:

    1. Apply enough sanitizer to cover all hand surfaces.
    2. Rub hands together, covering palms, backs, fingers, thumbs, and fingertips.
    3. Continue rubbing until hands are dry (about 20 seconds).
