    At Neftaly (South African Youth Project), we understand that a robust health system relies on strong foundations of monitoring and evaluation (M&E), procurement and supply management (PSM), public financial management (PFM), and programme management. Strengthening these core capacities is critical for ensuring efficient, transparent, and sustainable health service delivery that meets community needs.

    Our initiative focuses on building the technical, operational, and institutional capacity of health systems to improve performance, accountability, and resource utilization across all levels of healthcare.


    Program Objectives
