At Neftaly (South African Youth Project), we are committed to strengthening the backbone of public health delivery by improving key health system components — Health Management Information Systems (HMIS), Laboratory Systems, and Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM). These systems are critical for efficient service delivery, effective disease control, and long-term health system resilience.
Our approach focuses on capacity building, digital transformation, quality assurance, and accountability, ensuring that communities receive timely, accurate, and quality health services.
1. Health Management Information Systems (HMIS)
A robust HMIS ensures that health data is timely, accurate, and actionable. Neftaly works to strengthen data systems for improved decision-making and health service delivery.
Key Focus Areas:
- Training healthcare workers in data collection, entry, validation, and analysis.
- Supporting the rollout of electronic medical records (EMRs) and reporting platforms.

2. Laboratory Systems
